1 . Nagarjunsagar Srisailam is the largest tiger reserve of India.
2 . Bor is the smallest tiger reserve of India. Amangarh has the smallest area but it is buffer of Corbett TR and is not a separate tiger reserve.
3 . Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra have the maximum number of tiger reserve. Each has six tiger reserve.
4 . Tiger reserves are located on only the mainland of India. Andaman & Nicobar islands and Lakshadweep do not have any tiger reserve.
5 . Assam has the maximum number of tiger reserves (4) in North east India.
